Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across tech, clinical, and operational roles
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and design job descriptions
    • Manage the full hiring cycle including interviews, background checks, and onboardin
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
    • Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
    • Promote a strong company culture aligned with our mission and values
    • Drive employee engagement and team-building initiatives
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy compliance
  • Performance & Development
    • Implement performance management systems to track employee growth and productivity
    • Coordinate training and development programs to upskill staff
    • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance and people issues
  • Culture & Organizational Development
    • Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace
    • Act as a bridge between management and employees, promoting open communication
    • Help shape the startup’s organizational structure as we scale

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      At least 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech/health environment
      Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
      Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
      Experience with HR software and tools
