Onboarding & Employee Experience
Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
Promote a strong company culture aligned with our mission and values
Drive employee engagement and team-building initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices
Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy compliance
Performance & Development
Implement performance management systems to track employee growth and productivity
Coordinate training and development programs to upskill staff
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance and people issues
Culture & Organizational Development
Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace
Act as a bridge between management and employees, promoting open communication
Help shape the startup’s organizational structure as we scale
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech/health environment Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills Experience with HR software and tools
