JOB SUMMARY:
• Actively participate in the staffing process (screening applications, interviews, onboarding and orientation);
• Manage the administrative aspects of employee files (hiring, changes, departures);
• Assist with updating internal policies and ensure they are properly applied;
• Support training management, occupational health and safety, and employee engagement initiatives;
• Compile HR data for various reports or audits;
• Assist the HR team with Quality of Life surveys;
• Provide support to front-line managers in interpreting labor standards and internal policies;
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, personal files, etc.;
• Manage accommodations for out-of-province employees;
• Help organize HR-related activities and internal events.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent field;
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent command of English;
• Proficiency in French (an asset);
• Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.
