*Human Resources Officer (Hybrid – Harare, Zimbabwe)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a dynamic Human Resources Officer to join a fast-growing Technology organization operating across Africa This is a full-time hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home while being based in Harare.
💼Key Responsibilities & Duties :
- Managing daily HR operations
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Handling employee relations with professionalism
- Creating job descriptions and supporting recruitment
- Overseeing onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
💼 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field
-Strong HR management and employee relations skills
- Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practice.
- At least 2 years’ minimum proven HR experience.
- Proven experience in HR policy and job description development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems (i.e Belina Payroll) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the tech industry is an added advantage
