Key Responsibilities
- Lead all business-critical digital platforms and system integrations.
- Manage transaction monitoring, revenue assurance, and reconciliation controls.
- Oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and data protection frameworks.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and communications systems.
- Monitor dashboards, analytics, and management reporting tools.
- Manage technology vendors and service providers.
- Ensure system uptime and operational continuity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Exceptional ability to interpret data and identify operational bottlenecks.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in network security and database management.
