Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and support of the bank’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Support system administration, user access management, and IT security compliance
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Assist in managing IT vendor relationships and service delivery monitoring
- Document IT processes, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the bank's technology agenda
Qualifications & Requirements
- Final-year student eligible for National Service during the 2026/2027 service year
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confident stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfort with data/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Curiosity, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of networking, system administration, or cybersecurity is an added advantage
- Familiarity with banking operations or financial services is a plus
