About the Role
Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe is looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Business Partner, People & Culture to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to support business stakeholders through strategic people advisory, data-driven insights, and the facilitation of impactful Human Resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business stakeholders through strategic people advisory and data-driven insights
- Facilitate and coordinate activities and projects to support a transforming organization
- Act as a people champion and resolve problems
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (required)
- Postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years in Human Resources or People & Culture roles
- Proven ability to solve problems and support business objectives
- Experience working with leaders in complex environments
