Job Purpose:
To support large-scale recruitment campaigns by sourcing, screening, and coordinating a high volume of candidates quickly and efficiently. The Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator ensures smooth hiring processes by managing applications, scheduling interviews, and handling all recruitment administration with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract large numbers of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to create strong talent pipelines.
- Manage and update high volumes of candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Post job adverts across multiple platforms to maximize reach.
- Organize and schedule mass interview sessions, assessments, or job fairs.
- Communicate with candidates promptly to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment progress reports and maintain accurate hiring data.
- Support onboarding processes for large groups of new hires.
- Handle recruitment administration including contracts, offer letters, and compliance checks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or high-volume administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage large candidate pools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment software/ATS.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Requirements:
1. Minimum qualifications for waiters and cooks (Bsc in Hospitality / HND or any related Field).
2. High level of professionalism plus good work experience records are expected from applicants
