Qualifications and Experience
What we're looking for
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (required)
• Postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences (preferred)
Experience:
• Minimum 3-4 years in Human Resources or People & Culture roles
• Proven ability to solve problems and support business objectives
• Experience working with leaders in complex environments
Key Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and data interpretation
• Team collaboration and ethical conduct
• Digital mindset and systems proficiency
