Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Ghana is hiring a Gender and Diversity Specialist to join their team in Accra.
This role is all about promoting gender equality and diversity transformation within GIZ Ghana — supporting strategy, advising on gender policy, building staff capacity, and contributing to the institutionalization of gender transformative activities.
Key Requirements:
✔️ First degree in social science, gender studies, or related field
✔️ Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in gender mainstreaming at program or institutional level
✔️ Strong analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills
✔️ Experience with gender-sensitive result-based monitoring systems desirable
✔️ International work experience is a plus
