Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role involves managing communications, organizing schedules, and maintaining records, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents
  • Maintain filing systems—both electronic and physical
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications and Experience:

* Applicants must possess at least an SSCE Certificate
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and office software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Prior administrative experience
* Fluent in the Ga Language
* Female is highly recommended
* Multitasking and time management
* Attention to detail and accuracy
