Position Summary:

The HR & Administration Manager oversees all human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This role ensures effective talent management, compliance with labor laws, and smooth day-to-day operations of office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain HR records and manage payroll coordination

 Administration:

  • Supervise administrative staff and office operations
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance and security
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking for administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
