The Role
We're seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day maintenance and landscaping services. You'll ensure sites are run to the highest standard, teams are well-managed, and operations are efficient.
Responsibilities
Supervise site teams, crew leaders, and gardeners.
Manage schedules, routes, and once-off projects.
Conduct site inspections and maintain service quality.
Oversee vehicles, equipment, and stock.
Enforce health & safety and company standards.
Handle staff training, performance, and discipline.
Report on progress, costs, and client feedback.
Requirements
• Horticulture degree (or related qualification in landscaping/agriculture).
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' proven experience in operations or service management.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, MS Office/Google).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.
