Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Social Media Management:
    • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Assist in building and scheduling content calendars.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on both organic and paid media.
    • Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign performance.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits using tools like Search Atlas's OTTO.
    • Monitor website performance and support ongoing SEO efforts.
  • PPC & Paid Media:
    • Manage Google PPC campaigns and collaborate on optimizations to improve campaign performance.
    • Use Google Ads and related tools to drive paid media efforts and ensure the campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Content (Plus):
    • Create basic graphics for marketing materials (social posts, blogs, etc.).
    • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze data to measure campaign success and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Collaboration & Client Support:
    • Assist the team with day-to-day tasks and collaborate on projects.
    • Maintain strong communication with U.S.-based clients, ensuring regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience & Skills:
    • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field (internships and entry-level roles are welcome).
    • Solid understanding of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with hands-on experience in PPC campaigns.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work well in a remote team.
    • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.
    • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus but not required.
