Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the mining industry.
• Analyze trade statistics and shipment data to inform marketing strategies and business development efforts.
• Develop and implement branding strategies that position H. R. Minerals and Mines Limited as a leader in the mining sector.
• Create compelling narratives that highlight the company's expertise in mineral import/export and trade intelligence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry bodies, and international partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and foster partnerships.
• Manage the company's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Develop and disseminate content that showcases the company's capabilities, achievements, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to create marketing materials that support client acquisition and retention.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of trade statistics, shipment data, and the import/export process in the mining industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and content creation.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
