Junior IT Systems Developer or Graduate Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Systems Developer or Graduate Trainee to join our IT team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in software development, systems integration, and IT operations. You’ll work under the guidance of senior developers and IT managers to build, maintain, and optimize internal systems and applications.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications and internal tools.
• System Maintenance: Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing IT systems and databases.
• Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to internal users and help troubleshoot system issues.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of code, processes, and system configurations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers.
• Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to build technical and professional skills.
• Testing & QA: Assist in system testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance processes.

Required is a Junior IT Systems Developer or Graduate Trainee with the following minimum requirements:

- Degree/Higher National Diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems 
- Navision Certification
- Strictly should have knowledge in Microsoft 365 Business Central/Navision /Dynamics Nav C/AL or AL programming is mandatory.
- Programming skills in C#, JAVA and knowledge of frameworks like Flutter, Vue, ASP.Net Core.
- Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
- Should know computer hardware and software. 
- Should be able to work under pressurised environment
- Good communication skills.
- Microsoft 365 Business Certification will be an added advantage.

 Preferred Attributes:

• Internship or project experience in software development or IT support
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Certification in IT fundamentals or coding boot camp experience
