    • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
    • Order and restock items as needed, avoiding waste and shortages.
    • Manage food cost and control waste effectively.
  4. Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene:
    • Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  5. Menu Planning and Innovation:
    • Collaborate on menu development and updates, ensuring variety and cost-effectiveness.
    • Evaluate customer feedback to improve food offerings.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Manage the kitchen’s budget, ensuring profitability.
    • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
    • Address and resolve kitchen-related issues, including staff conflicts or equipment breakdowns.
    • Ensure prompt handling of customer complaints related to food quality.
  8. Reporting and Documentation:
