- Conduct online research to identify potential job candidates for recruitment pipelines
- Research potential business leads (companies, decision-makers) for the German and Ghanaian markets
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate contact and company information
- Collaborate with the Talent and Sales teams to define lead criteria and target segments
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Google, job boards, and company websites for research
- Assist in organizing lead information in spreadsheets or CRM tools
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation efforts and findings
Your Tool Kit
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong research and internet navigation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other lead sourcing platforms is desirable
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
