Job Description



  • Join the HR team as a Management Trainee Officer, supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development.
  • Assist with HR analytics, dashboards and reporting to track workforce metrics and support decision-making.
  • Participate in designing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and organisational culture.
  • Work across various HR sub-functions (personnel/administration, employee relations, training) to gain exposure and build capabilities towards managerial roles, as evidenced by the company’s trainee/management trainee programme which inducts graduates into the business to groom future managers.  
  • Engage with stakeholders, support policy implementation, and ensure adherence to HR best practices and internal processes.
  • Over the programme duration, undergo structured training, mentorship and rotational assignments across HR and possibly other business units to build a broad management-oriented skill set.
