Join the HR team as a Management Trainee Officer, supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development.
Assist with HR analytics, dashboards and reporting to track workforce metrics and support decision-making.
Participate in designing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and organisational culture.
Work across various HR sub-functions (personnel/administration, employee relations, training) to gain exposure and build capabilities towards managerial roles, as evidenced by the company’s trainee/management trainee programme which inducts graduates into the business to groom future managers.
Engage with stakeholders, support policy implementation, and ensure adherence to HR best practices and internal processes.
Over the programme duration, undergo structured training, mentorship and rotational assignments across HR and possibly other business units to build a broad management-oriented skill set.
