Human Resources (HR) Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our dynamic construction company. This role is critical in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals, ensuring compliance with all labor laws, and managing the unique challenges of a construction workforce, including recruitment, retention, training, and employee relations for both site-based and office-based personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
• Oversee payroll, leave administration, and benefits management
• Support performance management and staff development
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
• Advise management on HR strategies and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role
• Good knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
