JOB DESCRIPTION


Key activities include:

  • Oversee the entire development process of the local traditional food concept.
  • Lead site selection, lease negotiation, and project management for new locations.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the restaurant design aligns with our concept and brand.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing operations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff as needed.

Position’s requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and opening restaurants from the ground up.
  • Experience with traditional local food concepts or similar restaurant models.
  • Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, particularly in Ghana or similar markets. Familiarity with the Ghanaian market and local business practices will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
