JOB DESCRIPTION
Key activities include:
- Oversee the entire development process of the local traditional food concept.
- Lead site selection, lease negotiation, and project management for new locations.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the restaurant design aligns with our concept and brand.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff as needed.

Position’s requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and opening restaurants from the ground up.
- Experience with traditional local food concepts or similar restaurant models.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, particularly in Ghana or similar markets. Familiarity with the Ghanaian market and local business practices will be an added advantage.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
