Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to refine the Ideal Customer Profile, enhance lead quality, and boost conversion rates.
  • Customer & Market Insights: Leverage insights from data, market research, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Directly recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.

  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through creative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Competence in data analysis with a knack for turning insights into actionable strategies.
