Open Positions & Responsibilities:
1. Medical Audit & Training Supervisor
• Oversee internal medical audits to ensure compliance with clinical standards and healthcare regulations.
• Design and conduct training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Analyze medical records and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
• Ensure continuous enhancement of hospital procedures and reporting accuracy.
2. Registered Nurse – Cathlab
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Work collaboratively with cardiologists and support staff in the Cathlab.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and documentation.
3. Legal Advisor
• Provide expert legal guidance on hospital policies, contracts, and compliance matters.
• Represent the hospital in legal proceedings when required.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, medical laws, and corporate governance.
• Draft and review agreements, licenses, and institutional policies.
4. Software Engineer
• Develop and maintain hospital management systems and digital platforms.
• Support IT infrastructure and ensure data integrity across departments.
• Collaborate with teams to identify software solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and update existing systems to align with hospital needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
• Valid UAE or transferable license (for medical staff).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an asset).
