KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
2. Forecast sales performance and market demand to guide business planning.
3. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies.
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate regional/area sales managers and their teams.
5. Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance reviews.
6. Design and implement training programs to strengthen sales competencies.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
8. Oversee major contract negotiations and high-value client accounts.
9. Ensure customer feedback is integrated into sales strategy and product development.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA preferred).
2. 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
3. Must have worked in a high-growth environment as well as a proven track record of achieving national sales targets and managing multi-regional teams.
4. Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
6. Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
