A new restaurant in Accra is seeking a Restaurant Launch & Operations Manager to lead operations from concept to grand opening. The ideal candidate will manage pre-opening planning, team recruitment, vendor coordination, and ensure the smooth execution of restaurant operations post-launch.
Job Description:
The Operations Manager will oversee every phase of the restaurant’s setup and daily operations. This includes leading hiring and training, managing budgets and supplies, implementing operational policies, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, setup, and successful launch of the restaurant.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet operational needs.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality assurance and service improvements.
• Provide weekly reports and operational updates to management.
