Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our team at THE HRBIC LTD. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant as required.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
