Job Description
The GBfoods Graduate Trainee Program aims to build professional and leadership skills through rotational assignments, mentorship, and real-life business projects that contribute to the company’s growth in the food and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Participate in rotational training across departments (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.)
· Assist team leads in executing daily business operations and strategic initiatives.
· Analyze data, prepare reports, and support process improvement efforts.
· Work with cross-functional teams to deliver project results.
· Attend workshops, mentorship sessions, and team meetings to build industry knowledge.
