Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operational processes, leading teams, improving efficiency, and ensuring that distribution targets and customer satisfaction levels are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the distribution network, including warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports.
• Manage and mentor operational staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, transporters, and other partners.
