Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Outpatient Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programs while ensuring exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy interventions using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, exercise programs, and self-management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and patient safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid professional license/registration.
- Minimum 2–3 years of outpatient physiotherapy experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation is preferred.
- Knowledge of international healthcare quality standards is an advantage.
