Job Title: Kitchen Store Runner

Job Summary:
The Kitchen Store Runner is responsible for supporting the day-to-day movement and tracking of food and beverage inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle the day-to-day movement of stock between the store and kitchen.
2. Issue ingredients and items to the kitchen based on approved requests.
3. Track and record daily usage of food and beverage items.
4. Monitor stock depletion and ensure all items used are properly accounted for.
5. Flag low stock levels, unusual usage patterns, or discrepancies.
Requirements:
1. OND or SSCE qualification.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment.
3. Basic understanding of inventory handling and kitchen operations.
4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
