Job Summary:
We are looking for a Payment Coordinator to support payment tracking, reconciliation, and client payment-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and update client payment schedules and records.
- Coordinate payment confirmations and reconciliations with Finance Team.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and payment-related enquiries.
- Maintain accurate payment documentation and reports.
- Support collections and payment reporting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to payment trackers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years’ relevant experience in payments, finance support, or collections.
- Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
- Good communication and follow‑up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
