We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a corporate environment and demonstrable competence in company secretariat and corporate governance functions. This role will oversee the firm’s administrative, legal documentation, and governance responsibilities while working closely with the Head of Chambers.
Key Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Head of Chambers
* Coordinate and manage the day-to-day administration of the chambers
* Manage the company secretariat desk, including all legal agreements and statutory documents
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal and corporate documents
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient management of administrative supplies
* Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies with internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications:
HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 – 4 years relevant administrative and accounting experience
Prior experience in a corporate or professional services environment is required
