PRODUCT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and optimize all core DrugNet products end‑to‑end.
2. Work closely with tech teams to improve product functionality, usability, and performance.
3. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive higher adoption across all products and ensure products align with health informatics standards and user workflows.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to close deals and grow recurring usage.
5. Provide periodic reports on partnerships, leads, market insights, and revenue outcomes.
6. Act as the bridge between technology, sales, and operations.
7. Any other job‑related tasks that may be assigned

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Product Manager or similar role.
2. Strong health informatics and/or health‑tech background.
3. Excellent with Sales.
4. Solid understanding of technology‑driven products (digital platforms, SaaS, or health systems).
5. Proven experience in a sales‑facing or revenue‑focused role.
6. Ability to manage teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical, communication, reporting, project management and problem‑solving skills.
