What you’ll be doing:
- Providing Project Management oversight for build and support of land and naval radar systems
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, adapting plans as needed to overcome challenges
- Following project management procedures and best practices for successful project delivery
- Capturing and applying lessons learned from past projects to enhance future performance
- Taking responsibility for team performance, including budget, schedule and quality
- Leading and inspiring people, handling performance reviews, career development decisions
Your skills and experiences:
- Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary projects, including planning, cost control, risk and opportunity management, engineering design management, equipment integration, testing, commissioning, and acceptance
- Proven experience within Business Delivery role
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, with excellent collaboration skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging with individuals at all organisational levels
