QUALITY AND EXAMINATIONS OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
Support and ensure the development of examination and Quality Management
Systems (QMS) policies and procedures that are fit for purpose.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of these policies and procedures to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
Liaise with the Academic and IT Teams to manage the setup of the curriculum on the Intellects platform and ensure that all programs are accurately uploaded onto
Intellects as officially approved.
• Oversee the administration, recording, and storage of QMS records and associated documentation, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness at all stages.
Support the Institutional review process, including the completion of Institutional self-evaluation exercises.
Serve as the desk reviewer for all program validations and reviews, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Maintain professional relationships with examiners, moderators to ensure effective communication and timely coordination of assessment processes
Act as a point of contact and communication with validating and regulatory bodies
as necessarv.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Certified Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ) Auditor
• Minimum of 3 years working experience required, 1 year of which should be within a regulatory framework.
• Proven experience working within a regulatory framework and managing data effectively.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management in an academic context.
Highly effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
