Job Summary:
Professional Receptionist needed to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support while creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
* Manage visitor registration and maintain reception area
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
* Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
* Maintain office supplies and assist with administrative tasks
* Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Keep accurate records of calls, messages, and appointments
* Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum SHS Certificate
* Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or related field preferred
* 1-3 years receptionist or front desk experience
* Fresh graduates with strong skills may apply
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Professional appearance and conduct
