KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Generation
Drive revenue generation by achieving established sales targets through the effective promotion and sale of the company’s products and services.
Identify, contact, promote, qualify, and close particularly new high-gross sales while ensuring the constant growth of existing clients.
Lead on managing relationships with new/ existing clients by providing information, support and guidance to optimize customer satisfaction, repeat sales opportunities and referrals.
Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company revenue goals.
 
Marketing and Brand Development
Design and implement marketing campaigns that promote IRECOP’s products and services customers, stakeholders and corporate institutions.
Lead the creation of marketing content, documentaries, and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Conduct regular market research to monitor trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop promotional materials and lead community outreach programs to boost product awareness.
 
Planning and Forecasting
Develop annual sales and marketing plans tied to organizational KPIs.
Forecast demand, sales targets, and growth potential for each product line.
Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend strategies for expansion.
 
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Build strategic relationships with local farmer groups, distributors, and municipal clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions on the benefits of compost use.
Manage customer feedback and coordinate resolution of service issues with relevant departments.
Leadership and Team Support
Supervise and mentor Sales Agents to achieve set targets and enhance performance.
Provide training and motivation to team members to ensure operational alignment and professionalism.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Operations Department to ensure timely production and delivery of compost and recyclables.
Work with the Finance Department on client billing, payment follow-ups, and credit evaluations.
Support Management with insights for decision-making and business growth strategies.


 
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in agribusiness, recycling, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing within environmentally conscious or sustainability-driven sectors.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Data-driven and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in social media marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Results-oriented and target-driven.
