Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate product information and guide customers in making purchases
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Collect and report customer feedback, sales data, and market trends
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and visual displays are appealing
• Process customer transactions accurately and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Requirements
• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification
• Must be smart, presentable, and possess excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude
• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
