KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers in assigned territory or segment.
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services to both existing and potential clients.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, activations, or events.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve customer experience and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/SHS certificate or equivalent.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Ability to work in the field independently.
