A kids’ boutique is seeking confident and energetic Sales/Marketing Officers to support in-store and online sales. The ideal candidate must be comfortable on camera, especially for TikTok live videos, and passionate about sales, customer engagement, and brand promotion.
Job Description:
The Sales/Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling kids’ clothing and accessories, engaging customers both in-store and online, and representing the brand through live social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers professionally and close sales
- Promote kids’ boutique products in-store and online
- Host and participate in TikTok live sales videos
- Create engaging content to attract customers
- Maintain neat product displays and store appearance
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets
Requirements:
- Must not have children
- Must be confident in front of a camera
- Comfortable appearing on TikTok live videos
- Good communication and sales skills
- Energetic, presentable, and hardworking
- Sales or marketing experience is an advantage
Salary
1,500 - 1,700 GHS
