SALES ENGINEER

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with expertise in electrical control panels to 
join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to provide 
pre-sales and post-sales support, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the 
industrial automation and electrical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the control panel market (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, etc.). 
2. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
4. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. 

* Technical Expertise:
1. Understand customer technical requirements and suggest appropriate control panel solutions.
2. Interpret electrical drawings, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams.
3. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. 

* Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
2. Provide post-sale technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination.
3. Manage client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement. 

* Market & Competitor Analysis:
1. Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings. 
2. Suggest improvements or new products/services based on market demand. 
3. Willingness to travel for onsite commissioning and support. 
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
