Structural Engineer

Archpix is a leading engineering consultancy firm established in 2017 in the UAE, delivering innovative design and engineering solutions across the region.
We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic Egypt team (based in El Shorouk City – Cairo) to support our growing projects across the UAE and the region.

 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and analyze structural designs ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality codes, UAE regulations, and international standards.
* Perform structural calculations to ensure safety, stability, and reliability.
* Create accurate 3D structural models and detailed technical documentation using Revit.
* Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams for seamless project delivery.
* Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Review and validate structural drawings, calculations, and reports.
* Mentor junior engineers in Revit workflows and oversee model quality.
* Lead project teams efficiently and ensure all deliverables meet company standards.

 Required Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* 3–5 years (or more) of relevant experience in the UAE/Gulf region.
* Proven experience in engineering consultancy.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit and structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro).
* Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality codes and UAE design regulations.
* Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
