Job requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field from a recognized university. 
  • 2 years of professional experience in project work or sales preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply, especially those who are self-driven, have good potential, and are highly motivated.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish trust and credibility, and forge and maintain close relationships with diverse    groups. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare or vision-related products is a plus. 
  • Willing to travel extensively and stay in rural areas on a regular basis.



Job responsibilities

Pharmacy Engagement & Partnership Development

  • Identify new pharmacy partners to expand our service network.
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and staff through regular visits and open communication.
  • Train pharmacists and field sales team on vision screening protocols and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy owners to ensure the visibility and effective use of marketing materials.
  • Motivate pharmacists to actively promote our services to target customers.
  • Collaborate with partners to monitor sales progress and ensure that the target is achieved.


Sales & Planning

  • Plan monthly visit schedules to optimize time, improve communication, and support sales growth.
  • Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and market penetration across all assigned regions through regular field visits and follow-up via phone calls.
  • Address any concerns from pharmacy partners regarding product quality, stock levels, or service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to provide daily updates on sales and field activities.


Community Outreach & Awareness

  • Educate community members about the importance of vision screening and available services.
  • Conduct community outreach initiatives in partnership with local pharmacies.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen community engagement and expand service reach.
  • Use marketing collaterals creatively and effectively to engage local communities and raise awareness.

 
Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from pharmacy partners on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and awareness activities.
  • Share field experiences, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to help refine and improve program strategies.
