The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. This is a fully remote position based in South Africa, where you will be responsible for outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation within the telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential business customers
✅ Sell telecoms solutions to businesses, handling objections and closing deals
✅ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
✅ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
✅ Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure customer success
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of direct sales and cold outreach experience (telecoms sector preferred)
✔ Strong B2B telesales skills with a track record of closing deals
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
