Reports To: Chief Security Officer / Hotel Manager
- Job Summary: Responsible for safeguarding hotel property, guests, and staff by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling access points.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel grounds, parking lots, and beach area.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Control entry and exit of vehicles and individuals.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and handover logs.
- Requirements: Valid security certification (preferred), physically fit, prior experience in hospitality security, and ability to work night shifts.
