Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to supervise our security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to detect and deter security risks.
- Manage access control procedures for staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Train and mentor security guards on protocols and emergency procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily security reports and incident logs to management.
- Ensure all security equipment (radios, cameras, gates) is functional and well-maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid security license or relevant certification is required.
- Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and surveillance systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Physically fit and able to work night shifts and weekends.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
