Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property across the hotel and resort premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and control access to the property.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and guest/staff requests for assistance.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and suspicious occurrences.
- Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, preferably in a hospitality or corporate setting.
- Physically fit, vigilant, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
