Job Summary
A leading and innovative Advertising company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. As the primary liaison between the company and its clients, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic solutions, and delivering value-driven services that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value and help clients achieve their strategic goals.
• Act as the lead liaison for key clients, maintaining trust and ensuring a seamless client experience
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms.
• Manage multiple campaigns concurrently, from briefing to rollout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Mentor junior account team members, offering guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Oversee budgets, track project profitability, and manage financial reporting.
Skills and Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years in account management, ideally within an advertising or creative agency
• Proven success managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and high-profile clients
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience working across social, content, and performance platforms
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
