Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale telecommunications projects with a focus on fibre optic infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, specifically in fibre optics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability..
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely.

Educational Qualification:

• Master's degree in Project Management, Telecommunications. Engineering, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on fibre optics
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale fibre optic infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
