Key responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive organic social media strategies aligned with company objectives and marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach
  • Set social media goals and report on results, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration
  • Oversee crisis communication protocols for social channels
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Paid Marketing, Content, Brand Design, and other teams within Remote
  • Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for brand differentiation in the social space
  • Lead social media campaign ideation and execution for major company initiatives and product launches
  • Establish and maintain social media governance and best practices documentation

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences for B2B technology brands
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in social media metrics and reporting tools
  • Strategic thinking with ability to align social initiatives to broader business goals
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Crisis management experience and strong judgment in sensitive situations
  • Fluent English required, additional languages a plus
  • Remote work experience preferred
