Our client, a reputable retail company, is seeking a motivated and organized Shop Attendant to support daily operations, customer service, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product inquiries, bra measurements, and recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients via WhatsApp & Instagram
• Manage and engage on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp)
• Ensure the shop is tidy, organized, and well-presented
• Coordinate effectively with delivery riders
• Accurately track and report daily sales
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, tidy, and professional
• Social media savvy and comfortable engaging with clients online
